The Between Two Banks Warranty covers defects only in my workmanship for fiberglass and graphite fly rods. Blanks are subject to the warranty and the availability of parts from the blank manufacturer. This warranty is available to the original owner only. The warranty does not cover lost rods, lost rod sections, intentional breakage, misuse, abuse, neglect, cosmetic scratches or the unnecessary wear caused by car top rod carriers: I will be able to tell!

For all warranty work, the entire rod, tube, and sock must be returned to BTB. The rod owner agrees that BTB assumes no associated or ancillary liability due to use of the rod, including consequential or incidental damages. All rods will be assessed in-house to determine repairability and fees.

Bamboo rods are covered against defects in my craftsmanship and hardware for the life of the rod. If you stick your rod in the ceiling fan, fall on it in the stream, or otherwise abuse your rod, I will do my best to repair it at a reasonable cost. The cost of repair/replacement for items not covered under warranty are calculated on a per-piece basis. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost.
